- Work with product managers and technical teams in a cross-functional environment, to
- implement high-quality products that meet business goals. Act as a technical liaison
- between customers, engineering teams and support. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Conduct design review with architects and PM to ensure new products meet
- specification. Work closely with project manager to drive successful project completion and
meet schedule.
- Interface with Controls OEMs on all the related aspects (Platforms, ETOs, OEM controller
roadmaps etc..)
- Work with FSEs to identify defects attributable to electrical and controls domain and create solutions
- Identify IOT opportunities and drive POC leveraging DFR and DIIC labs. Coordinate with US &
DIIC Digital team on Guided Startup efforts.
- Drives DIIC Controls lab infra development requirements and execute plan. Develop Team capabilities on Refrigeration Systems with focus on Natural Refrigerants
- Lead SolidWorks Electrical transition plan across DFR. Monitor, Control and Report Electrical Engineering efforts for Quality related Problems.
What you need to have:
- Have good experience in control software development process.
- Should have knowledge of Electrical Engineering
- Should possess sound knowledge of Standard Control Systems. Algorithms like PID Algorithm etc.
- should show experience in PID tuning process. Closed loop system controls, Precision Motor Controls etc.
- Understands Design methodologies and is capable Integrating Sensors, Controls etc. with PLCs, Controllers, Microcontrollers etc.
- Must have exposure to communication protocols Modbus, CAN, BACnet TCP/IP etc.
- Lead Key projects by exceptional technical skills with Controls software development PLC , SCADA, HMI systems with IOT and
- Edge devices experience. Exposure to Firmware development, Instrumentation and controls. Exposure to programming
- languages like C, C+, Python etc. Understands problem solving methods like - DFMEA, RCCA/ RPS etc. Exposure to AI&ML and DATA analytics nice to have.
