Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Lead and oversee the engineering function, including Research & Development, Design and Development, and Technology Strategy.
- Drive the development of innovative and scalable solutions that address market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the engineering organization.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and drive long-term growth and sustainability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, promoting professional growth and development.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in engineering leadership roles, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Research & Development, Design and Development, and Technology Strategy.
- Preferably with an international experience of partnerships.
- Strong technical expertise across multiple domains, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies and plans that drive business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex projects and products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems and identify opportunities.
