Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project execution, ensuring that architectural designs are implemented as per specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between architects, consultants, and contractors to address any design or construction issues.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare minutes to document critical decisions and action items.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all parties are informed of changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Qualifications
Education and Certification Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
