Job Title: Engineering Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement complex workflows by understanding the business use case and logic as per the client requirements.

- Working in challenging and dynamic environments, use versatility to create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from implementation standpoint.

- Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure that configuration changes are properly documented and implemented.

- Conduct configuration testing to ensure that our implementations meet customer specifications.

- Responsible for investigating and providing required data points to cross-functional teams and customers, as needed. The role will involve collaborating with other departments to ensure data is accurate and timely, and providing support to address any inquiries or concerns.

- Bake technology trends into solutions; Participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionality and technologies and integrate them in existing solutions.

- Continuously improve and optimize the configuration processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills:

- Understands Agile/Scrum processes

- Should be able to contribute to design discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide root cause analysis report.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and tools.

- Knowledge of database systems. Proficient in SQL scripts, procedures, etc.

Education :-

UG: BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E.

PG: MCA in Computers
