Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at Surin Automotive Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Engineer will be responsible for hands-on engineering tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing design proposals, participating in new product development projects, and ensuring operational excellence in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Engineering Design, Analysis, and Manufacturing
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and Product Development
- Knowledge of Automotive Components and Assemblies
- Skills in Problem-solving and Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with Operational Excellence Models is a plus
- Strong analytical and project management skills
