Engineer/Sr.Engineer - Purchase & Vendor Development (LIPL-1877)

Screening Criteria: Candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in procurement and vendor development, with expertise in handling SS machined parts, aluminium die-cast, and sheet metal parts, must apply.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement process for parts such as SS machined parts, aluminum die cast, flanges, SS pipes, SS bars, plastic molded parts, and sheet metal parts.
• Assist in the development of strategic vendors to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure delivery and quality reliability exceeds company targets by conducting regular vendor performance monitoring.
• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate capabilities and capacities to maintain high-quality standards.
• Engage in material planning, inventory analysis, and management to ensure consistent supply.
• Facilitate new parts and component development in collaboration with vendors.
• Handle procurement of consumables and tooling to support manufacturing operations.
