nYour mainly activities will be:
nYou will be responsible for quotation function of the Valve Operations business, acting as the main point of contact for services to support the sales, project unit and factory. Main target is to manage the quotation process to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
nResponsibilities
nManage, plan, direct and monitor all the quotation process activities to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met. Deals with large quotes that have a high impact on the business.
nCoaching team members in skills. Schedules, allocates and monitors work of the team to maximize productivity.
nDevelop and implement global quotation support policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department.
nCo-operate with product centers, sales, order management, engineering and factory to ensure accuracy of quotations. Work cross functionally to ensure customer satisfaction on all customer quotes and orders.
nSupport Sales and the Distribution Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer quotes and orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations in an effort to solve order issues.

- Appropriate education (B Tech. or Higher) with 4-5 experience in similar Industry ( Control Valves)
- Knowledge in LEAN methodology and processes
- Communicate fluently in English and in Hindi (both written and verbal)

nQuotation processing lead times, quotes on-time-delivery, quality.
