Roles & Responsibilities:
- - Knowledge of Wet Paint booth equipment, Painting robots, Baking Ovens, Pre Treatment line and Conveyor maintenance
Attending Breakdown in Paint Booth, Painting Robots, Pre Treatment line, Ovens & Overhead Part conveyor.
Preventive maintenance, Time based maintenance of Paint Booth, Blowers, Pumps, Painting Robots, Pre Treatment line, Ovens & Overhead Part conveyors.
Ensuring updating of technician s log book & History cards for equipment.
Conducting morning meeting with technicians, work allocation & monitoring of the work for Right First Time and Safety aspect.
Coordinating with vendors for completion of the outsourced jobs.
Observe all aspects of health and safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions & help in eliminating the same.
Identifying & maintaining the spare part inventory record for better spare part management and procurement of spare parts for the installed equipment in the line.
Responsible for the leave and shift work management of the technicians.
Reduction in repair and maintenance cost through cost reduction initiatives.
Reduction in Power & Fuel cost by implementing energy saving, fuel saving projects.
Understanding, learning & adherence to the IMS for Maintenance dept.
Identification & Execution of Kaizens, OPL & SOP s.
Work experience with SAP PM Module & TPM. - Soft skills (Must have) Team working skills & Basic Communication skills.
- Soft skills (Good to have): Participation in kaizens and programs in order to support safety, quality and productivity goals.
