Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- In cooperation with Terex Tower Crane Engineering department:
- Starting from European design specification, cooperate for the definition of steels materials/profiles/components for the local production
- Make the steel structure and mechanisms design
- Create and implement Eng. B.O.M. as per company procedures
- To build a technical know-how on the tower crane products
- To collaborate with Technical Documentation dept. to create use and maintenance manuals
- To provide technical support to purchasing and manufacturing dept.
- Participation in the testing of prototypes
Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge ( Mechanical Engineer - University degree )
- Knowledge for structures/mechanisms design and drawing preparation
- Fluent English
- CAD 3D user experience: Autodesk Inventor or equivalent
Experience:
- Design Experience 3-5 years in Design Department and knowledge of the main design aspects for structures/mechanisms design, drawings preparation ( dimensions, tolerances etc. ), welding symbols etc.
