To ensure Plant uptime and reduce maintenance cost through proactive practices
Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities:
- Ensure EHS compliance requirements.
- Equipment Preventive & Corrective maintenance.
- Maintenance of Spindle, Ball screw and axis bearings.
- Ensure that equipment's are in good working condition.
- Maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
- Operation & Maintenance of Utility equipment's.
- Projects Erection and Commissioning of machines
- Planning & Preparation of Site Maintenance activities
- Forklift & reach truck maintenance
- Tracking daily maintenance KPI's and reporting on time.
- Handling improvement projects to reduce machine down time, maintenance cost etc.
- Critical spares management.
- Possess a good experience in the commissioning and erection of Utilities equipment's.
- Key Role of TPM, 5S activities and Kaizen.
