- Required to work on Client Access Management to the internal R1 users and tickets within defined SLAs
- Required to perform (Client Access Administration) audit activities
- Manage Provisioning/Deprovisioning tasks/tickets
- Required to perform Application role-based access, Provisioning/De Provisioning tasks
- Required to manage access of client applications such as Account Creation, Modification and Deactivation
- Required to generate Status Reports, Dashboards and Quality Metrics
- Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors and other business functions
- Should be ready to work in rotational shift and support over Indian Holidays and Weekends
- Should be open for 24*7 Support including Night shifts / US business hours
Skills:
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
- Well versed with creating and analyzing excel data for ID Management related tasks
- Knowledge about ticketing tool
- Word/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience with Role Based Access Controls
- Communication and Presentation skills
