- To perform patent studies such as patentability, Freedom to operate, invalidity, state of art searches, Landscape study, Patent watch of different technologies.
- Comfortable to use different paid & free patent databases, preferably Orbit and Derwent Innovation.
- Forming patent infringement opinion.
- Patent drafting.
- Claim chart preparation.
- Docketing.
- Work independently.

Conducting infringement studies and forming accurate and clear opinion on patent infringement.

Academic Qualification & Experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of Indian Patent law.
- Ability to perform in multiple project requirements and priorities in a pressure situation with strict deadline.
- Expert in operating Orbit and Derwent Innovation.
- Expert in patent searching and managing large patent data set.
- Expert in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Macro / VBA will be added advantage.
- Awareness of latest technical / Law related matters.
- Familiar with the Product Development life Cycle.
