Define and apply the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes to support company goals and increase user efficiency and acceptance;
Act as regional Enovia expert and consultant to functional departments and process owner;
Ensure that the PLM system and its workflow is reflecting Kautex organizational structures and needs;
Support and implement larger system upgrades and regularly updates on Enovia 3Dx;
Provide end user support and training on the associated PLM and ECM software applications and processes;
Support and execute Enovia 3Dx Problem Solving & Issue Management
Propose and implement continuous improvement activities on PLM and ECM based on user experience or adjusted business processes;
Regularly update the global PLM / ECM knowledge base and training material;
Test and validate new or modified system functionalities;
Collaborate on Engineering process automation and digital transformation activities
Requirements:
University degree (masters degree, post graduate diplomas)
3+ years work experience within the automotive industry and product development
Profound knowledge on Dassault Enovia 3Dx
Experience in working in multinational and cross-functional teams
Experienced trainer for business processes and complex software applications
