Job Description

  • Monitor key performance metrics and availability of enterprise IT Infrastructure.
  • Monitor alerts related to various Infrastructure environments - VMware, storage, networks, databases, OS (Windows, Linux)
  • Major Incident Facilitation by opening P1 bridge call, engage technical teams, stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective communication on service impacting alerts.
  • Perform capacity analysis and report all bottlenecks to ITSM /technical teams.
  • Reporting - IT Infra Snapshot report, P1 trend analysis, Alert analysis, Device Availability
  • Alerts configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability mgmt., administration & vendor co-ordination for various monitoring tools.
