Job Description

  1. Maintain and optimize automated systems, including sensors, control valves, PLCs, SCADA, and VFDs, to ensure operational efficiency.
  2. Conduct calibration processes and oversee documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  3. Ensure proper setting and maintenance of inspection and packaging machinery, such as palletisers, to support production goals.
  4. Manage manpower across various shifts, efficiently allocating resources and supervising team activities to meet production demands.
  5. Handle changeover activities during power outages, swiftly restoring operations to minimize downtime and production loss.
  6. Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment life.
