We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who will build our Digital Experience Platform (DxP) as we grow and transform our MarTech landscape. You will have the chance to play a critical role in the delivery of best-in-class consumer experiences through our DxP platform, building our MarTech capabilities, operating models, and solution design. The Full Stack Developer will be working closely with thedesign team and be responsible for leading development efforts for a team of software engineers,including developing and maintaining complex web applications. The ideal candidate will haveexperienceinReact,Next.js,TypeScript,webdevelopment,SEO,multilingual,security,andCMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Developandmaintain complexDxPwebapplications.
- CollaboratewithUX/UIdesigners toimplementdesigntokensandvisually appealinginterfaces forDxPapplications.
- Collaboratewithother developerstoensurecodequalityandmaintainability.
- Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring high quality and efficient code, while providingfeedbacktootherdevelopers.
- Translatesoftwarerequirementsintostable,working,high-performancesoftware.
- Defineinitiativestoimprovequalityand/or productivity,suchasimplementingautomatedtesttoolsornewdevelopmentmethodologieswithintheteam.
- Definestandards andprocessestobe followedduringthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle.
- Designandimplementfront-endcomponentsusing React,ensuringaseamlessuserexperience forDxPApplications.
- Developback-endcomponentsusingNode.js,writing scalableandefficientcode.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using best practices and modern software developmentmethodologies.
- Implementautomatedtestingandcontinuousintegration/continuousdeployment(CI/CD) practices.
- Participateincodeanddesignreviews,ensuringhighqualityandefficientcode.
- ImplementSEObestpracticestoimprovewebsiterankings.
- Developmultilingualwebsitesandapplications.
- Integrate with CMS systems.
- Use CSPs to improve website security.
- Stayuptodate withnewtechnologiesandindustrydevelopments.
Whatwearelookingfor
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScienceorInformationTechnologydisciplineisrequired.
- Minimum4yearsofexperienceinfullstacksoftwaredevelopmentenvironment.
- High proficiencyin Javascript / React / Next.js,
- Contentful,TypeScript, CSPs, SEO, including building andconsumingRESTfulAPIs.
- Knowdesignsystem-Storybook,integrationbetweenDesign-Figma.
- Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellentdebuggingandoptimizationskills
- Experienceinunit/integrationtesting.
- E xperience with cloud platformssuchasAWSorMicrosoftAzure.
- GoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopmentmethodologiessuchasAgile,Scrum, orKanban.
- Abilitytoleaddevelopmenteffortsonmultipleprojectssimultaneously.
- Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills
- ContentfulProfessionCertificationwillbeabigplus.
