• nExperience in design and development of automation tooling system involving design of conveyer pallets and fixtures, locating and clamping devices, guides and aligners based on project needsn
• Knowledge of selection and sizing of automation equipment components such as actuators, sensors, guides, bearings and alignersn
• Good understanding of manufacturing process such as molding, sheet metal tooling, fabrication of components and assembly processesn
• Proficient in using solid modeling software (Siemens NX) to generate 3D models & 2D draftingn
• Ability to conceptualize and generate ideas in designn
• Analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observe results and make conclusionn
• Problem solving ability to understand root cause and come up with solution alternatesn
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and conciselyn
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Pointn

Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and in a team
