Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process master data requests using Kronos Application
  • Work closely with Partners like ACPL, Genetec and DOT1 for issue resolution
  • Process support ticket raised with respect to Attendance, Genetec Onboarding application
  • Support business in new site roll outs by validating master data
  • Identify best practices, track repeated incidents and perform rca and get complete solution
  • Support automated process to remove data errors, inconsistencies and duplicities
  • Proactively monitor system related issues and work with IT/ IT partners for database maintenance

Qualifications

  • 2- 3 years in respective functional area
  • Experience in data quality projects
  • Knowledge in MS Access/ Excel
