Job Description

  • Designing and optimizing SMT processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Selecting appropriate SMT equipment, such as pick-and-place machines, soldering equipment, and inspection systems.
  • Programming and maintaining SMT machinery and automation systems.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for new SMT projects.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SMT production, such as component placement errors, solder defects, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborating with design engineers to ensure that PCB designs are compatible with SMT manufacturing processes.
  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure the reliability and consistency of SMT-produced electronics.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in SMT technology and industry
  • Continuous improvement is a fundamental aspect of SMT engineering.
  • SMT Engineers are constantly seeking ways to improve processes
  • Should be known Daily/Weekly/Monthly SMT machine maintenance .
    Education- Graduation- Electrical or Electronics
