As a Customer Engagement Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving meaningful conversations focused on insurance services, identifying coverage gaps, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct discussions with customers regarding CoverSure App features via phone calls, video calls, or chat platforms.
Identify and address insurance coverage gaps as identified by the system or Engagement Managers.
Maintain a strong focus on service and insurance, with particular emphasis on life, health, and motor insurance.
Prioritize quality conversations over quantity, ensuring engagements are valued by customers and avoiding spam calls.
Undergo extensive training to ensure readiness for customer interactions.
Requirements
Strong command of English and Hindi.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to drive actionable conversations.
Comfortable navigating technology platforms.
Ability to comprehend complex concepts and simplify them for customers.
Preferably Graduation to MBA, though open to all applicants.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction.
Candidates with insurance knowledge will be preferred.
