Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Pritesh Waghela

Salary Range: INR 22,000 to INR 24,000 per month (in hand)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Endpoint Engineer to join our team. The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for refurbishing old IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and workstations, based on service criteria. This role requires handling remote and on-site service calls as necessary to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Refurbish and restore laptops, desktops, and workstations to meet predefined service criteria and quality standards.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues in endpoint devices.

Perform hardware upgrades, installations, and configurations as needed.

Conduct remote and on-site service calls to address customer issues and provide technical support.

Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for data security and equipment handling.

Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.

Provide training and guidance to customers and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of IT equipment.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to endpoint devices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in refurbishing and servicing laptops, desktops, and workstations.

Strong knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and diagnostic tools.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle remote and on-site service calls professionally and efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic network troubleshooting.
