Role: Employee Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Employee Relationship Manager to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing and executing the initiatives of this program. This full-time position reports directly to the President of Workforce Solutions. The primary accountabilities and responsibilities will include:
Establish and maintain regular communication with consultants through bi-monthly scheduled meetings, ensuring their concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
Act as a single point of contact for consultants, providing support and guidance when needed, and addressing any issues or doubts they may have.
Collaborate with the US-based admin team to ensure timely dispatch of birthday greetings and gifts for consultants.
Plan and coordinate annual appreciation events in cooperation with the US-based admin and the President of Workforce Solutions.
Organize online events with the assistance of Solution Group Heads, the President of Workforce Solutions, and the CEO.
Liaise with Solution Group Heads to facilitate connections between consultants seeking networking opportunities.
Oversee the distribution of anniversary gifts from the second work anniversary, in coordination with the US-based admin.
Arrange for the delivery of recognition gifts to consultants upon receiving client accolades, as shared by account / delivery managers.
Create and publish consultant spotlight posts on LinkedIn to highlight client accolades and recognize consultant achievements.
Conduct annual consultant surveys to gather feedback, understand their interests, and assess the success of the Consultant Care Program.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client relations or consultant care role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for professional networking and content creation
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and innovation in developing engaging initiatives and events.
