Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Relations Managerto join the corporate office of a leading manufacturing company based in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Employee Relations, Labour Law & Compliance, and Industrial Relations. The role involves managing employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment across multiple plants within a large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement employee relations strategies to support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement across multiple plant locations.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including resolving disputes and handling grievances.
Advise and support management in handling employee-related issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution.
Manage industrial relations and maintain positive relationships with unions and labor representatives, where applicable.
Monitor and maintain a healthy work environment by promoting employee welfare, fairness, and effective communication.
Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to managers and HR staff on employee relations and labor law issues.
Collaborate with other departments to develop programs aimed at improving organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Oversee investigations related to workplace misconduct, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
Manage and report on key employee relations metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education:MBA/MSW (Master of Social Work) with a focus on Human Resources or Labor Relations.
Experience:10+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Labour Law & Compliance, and Industrial Relations, preferably within large-scale manufacturing organizations.
Industry Expertise:Experience handling employee relations for organizations managing multiple plants and with a turnover of 1000+ Cr.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and compliance regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues and driving cultural initiatives within large teams.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
