Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field - Preferred
- A minimum of at least 8 years in employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
