Job Summary:
The Employee Relations Executive is responsible for fostering a positive relationship between employees and the organization. They handle all matters related to employee relations, including resolving disputes, addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Investigate and resolve workplace issues such as disputes between employees, harassment claims, and policy violations.
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive organizational culture and employee morale.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure fair treatment.
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Advise on, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and standards in line with legal requirements and company values.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
- Provide support to the management team in interpreting employment laws and regulations.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate conflicts between employees and management, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution.
- Conduct formal investigations into workplace complaints, documenting findings, and making recommendations.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct training and workshops for employees on topics such as workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and organizational policies.
- Assist in the development of programs to improve employee relations and support the overall HR strategy.
- Performance Management:
- Work closely with managers to address employee performance issues through coaching and counseling.
- Support the performance management process, including the resolution of performance-related disputes.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Prepare reports on employee relations cases and trends for senior management.
- Track and analyze employee relations metrics to recommend proactive improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 10,204.97 - 25,000.00 per month
