Job Description

Job Title: Employee Relations Executive
Location: Pune
Experience: 1+ years
Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Executive is responsible for fostering a positive relationship between employees and the organization. They handle all matters related to employee relations, including resolving disputes, addressing grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace issues such as disputes between employees, harassment claims, and policy violations.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive organizational culture and employee morale.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure fair treatment.
  • Policy Development & Compliance:
  • Advise on, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and standards in line with legal requirements and company values.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provide support to the management team in interpreting employment laws and regulations.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Mediate conflicts between employees and management, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution.
  • Conduct formal investigations into workplace complaints, documenting findings, and making recommendations.
  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct training and workshops for employees on topics such as workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and organizational policies.
  • Assist in the development of programs to improve employee relations and support the overall HR strategy.
  • Performance Management:
  • Work closely with managers to address employee performance issues through coaching and counseling.
  • Support the performance management process, including the resolution of performance-related disputes.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve the employee experience.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Prepare reports on employee relations cases and trends for senior management.
  • Track and analyze employee relations metrics to recommend proactive improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10,204.97 - 25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
