Job Description
- Take a high volume of inbound Customer calls on a variety of different issues e.g. product enquires, billing/refunds, etc
- Update and input Customer details and contact notes accurately into the system(s)
- Resolve Customer problems in a timely fashion & Deliver on Customer commitments
- Liaise with other departments within the program in the event a Customer call cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, e.g. Conflict on Billing or Refund Issues
- Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
Qualifications
Minimum HSC or Graduation
Additional Information

- Experience in providing fantastic customer service on the phone.
- Amazing phone presence (people can hear you smiling).
- Fluent comprehension and composition skills while communicating and retaining shared thoughts.
- Ability to manage and maintain the required communication pace
- Ability to maintain and manage active engagement during communications to be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
