KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weightage

OS loading/upgrading, applying patches to OS whenever required by KLI as per policy.

Implementing InfoSec parameters as per KLI policy

Coordinating with OEM

Backup Mgmt.

Vendor coordination in case of services escalations. & helping the application / Database teams

Coordinating with respective vendors for maintaining Inward / Outward records of KLI DC Material.

Maintaining inventory of AIX hardware .

Participation and maintaining periodic audit deliverables

OS upgrades

Restoration drills
