OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Good Insurance functional domain and hands-on on Life Asia and Group Asia development, Project Mgmt and User Mgmt

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understanding Business requirement for Core insurance system Life Asia, Group Asia, Reinsurance etc.
2. Discussing the business requirement with DXC team for system impact analysis
3. Managing Project and CR requirement delivery within Schedule and Cost Variance
4. Defect mgmt. and Defect tracking and mitigation
5. Team Management - Recruitment, Coaching and Mentoring teams
6. Building strong relationships with stakeholders - vendor partners and business teams
7. Review the Change requests according to business guidelines and ensure corrective through Project teams
8. Conduct feedback session with User groups
9. Vendor Management - Performance review, team management and negotiations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation (BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT))

Post-Graduation (MBA / MCA) - Optional

Work Experience:

15 years + work experience. Prior experience in managing Life Asia and Group Asia with very good Insurance functional Domain

Certifications: ITIL
