Role Overview: The Senior Specialist will shape and enhance our company culture, driving employee satisfaction and promoting our brand as an employer of choice. You will create and implement strategies for a positive and vibrant work environment, ensuring our employees are engaged and proud ambassadors of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute employee engagement programs.
• Design strategies to strengthen our employer brand.
• Collaborate on internal communications and storytelling initiatives.
• Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction.
• Organize events, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Manage social media and digital campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in employee engagement, Marketing Communication, internal communications, or employer branding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with storytelling and brand-building passion.
• Proven track record in managing successful engagement initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills.
