We are looking for an experienced Emergency In Charge to oversee the emergency response operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 8-10 years of experience in the emergency response field, preferably in India. They should have a strong understanding of emergency response protocols and procedures and be able to lead a team in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the emergency response operations of the organization
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols
• Lead and coordinate emergency response teams during crisis situations
• Ensure that all emergency response equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Train and educate employees on emergency response procedures and protocols
• Coordinate with local emergency response agencies and government officials
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential emergency situations
• Provide regular updates to senior management on emergency response operations
• Manage budgets and resources for emergency response operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in emergency management, public safety, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in emergency response operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures
• Experience in coordinating with local emergency response agencies and government officials
