Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and intricate embroidery designs that meet our clients specifications and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and unique embroidery designs that align with client requirements and design trends.
- Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
- Use digital design software and traditional techniques to create embroidery patterns and motifs.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and techniques for each design project.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and provide necessary instructions to production teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials, and production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience as an Embroidery Designer in the textile industry.
