Job Description

TEST LEAD
6-8 years
Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Lead with 6-8 Years of Automated Software Testing Experience.
  • Designing and writing Test Automation scripts for GUI applications & Embedded products
  • Develop test plans, assists in the development of test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Own Embedded testing, product testing, and system integration testing (E.g. Embedded product along with its associated GUI).
  • Managing the testing process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Investigating test results & reporting it to product owners & clients.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices

Key skills:
  • Experience in using test automation frameworks (Eg:- squish, selenium etc..)
  • Knowledge in Programming languages such as Python, Javascript, C#, C++ and scripting(perl, shell)
  • Experience with Git repositories, version control systems and issue-tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitLab and Github Actions etc..)
