Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded software development, particularly with Embedded C/C++, VxWorks RTOS, and FreeRTOS, along with a deep understanding of system integration and product lifecycle management. The role involves designing robust solutions, troubleshooting network issues, and leading technical initiatives within diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Embedded Development: Design, implement, and maintain embedded software using C/C++, VxWorks, and FreeRTOS on Intel platforms.System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sub-system and system integration, ensuring all components work seamlessly together.Network Troubleshooting: Utilize strong network programming skills to troubleshoot Ethernet and Serial Bus-related issues effectively.Design and Development: Translate requirements into detailed designs and develop robust solutions that meet product specifications.Debugging: Identify root causes of embedded system issues and propose resolutions, understanding system interactions and dependencies.Leadership: Work independently and lead technical approaches, guiding team members and stakeholders throughout the development process.Innovation: Actively participate in innovation activities, generating ideas and solutions to enhance product offerings.Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and clarification on requirements to development teams and product owners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.6+ years of experience in embedded/software product development with full lifecycle exposure.Proficient in Embedded C/C++, VxWorks RTOS, FreeRTOS, PCI Express, and Intel platforms.Knowledge of Profinet, Profibus, and Fieldbus protocols is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certification in Embedded Systems is advantageous.
