Control Risks is currently looking for an experienced Security Manager to support a key energy-sector client, based in Rajasthan, India.
Reporting to the Country Head of Security, key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy to ensure the Client's operations are conducted safely, prioritising the protection of employees, families, information, and assets.
- Evaluate all potential hazardous situations in the operational region and devise preventive and mitigation plans for these risks.
- Collaborate with direct and functional managers to conduct risk assessments.
- Analyse emerging risk trends and provide relevant insights and guidance to the Client.
- Perform risk assessments of company locations to guarantee that current and future premises meet the highest standards of risk controls, enabling uninterrupted business operations in a safe and secure environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the security management industry or other physical security specialization.
- Strong ability to focus on customer service and to build trust and rapport with people from all cultures and backgrounds.
- Strong English-language communication skills, both written and oral.
