Embedded MCU / Processor FAE

Job Summary

• Provides technical support, training, product demonstrations, making technical presentations to help customers find the best product and service solutions for their needs.
• Meeting clients at their premises to assess their needs and effectively position products against the competition by demonstrating / explaining the product capabilities.
• Responsible for handling the first level for all technical matters with the assigned customer including product discussions, project monitoring from beginning to end which involves communication and in-depth consultation with customers, sales and vendors.
• Co- ordinate technical support activities with internal team & vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strategize customer engagements along with sales and deliver assigned goals.
• Identify and develop relationships with all key technical decision makers and influencers in each account. The FAEshould be the go-to person for customer's technical contacts
• Attend internal and external technical training to complete and maintain certification as necessary.
