Embedded Firmware Developer

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for an Embedded Firmware Developer to design and implement firmware for our drones. The Embedded Firmware Developer would be responsible for developing, testing, and debugging software that controls the various processes and components of our drones, ensuring that our drones fly safely and stably under a wide range of conditions.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience developing and debugging real-time embedded software for microcontrollers or similar platforms, including experience with low-level hardware interfaces
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and/or Assembly, as well as experience using debugging and analysis tools
• Understanding of operating systems concepts, real-time OS principles, low-level device drivers, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART)
• Experience in writing and debugging code for ARM Cortex-M and/or RISC-V microcontroller platforms is a plus
• Experience with version control systems (GIT)
• Knowledge of RTOS, UAV, Robotics and hands-on experience on Python 3 or MATLAB is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
