Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support our overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is an expert in email marketing strategies, automation, analytics, and has a strong understanding of CRM systems. Additionally, technical knowledge related to email deliverability (including SPF and DKIM records) and experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Build comprehensive email templates and automation workflows using segmentation and other advanced techniques.
- Achieve monthly lead acquisition goals through strategic cold outreach and effective lead nurturing campaigns.
- Implement targeted email campaigns as part of broader Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Maintain and regularly update the email marketing database to ensure high deliverability rates.
- Manage and optimize email deliverability, including the setup and maintenance of SPF and DKIM records, to ensure proper open and response rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on various email components, such as subject lines, content, and calls to action, to improve performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Implement effective segmentation strategies to tailor email content based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to execute personalized email campaigns, including drip campaigns and triggered emails.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with ABM objectives, focusing on key accounts.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of ABM-focused email campaigns, providing insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Regularly evaluate key campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize email content, timing, and frequency for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing automation, showcasing proficiency in crafting impactful campaigns and automation sequences
- Very comfortable with data export, demonstrating skills in optimizing email processes.
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies, segmentation, lead scoring, and driving conversion of MQLs and SQLs from email databases
- Understanding of lead management (MQL, SQL, etc.)
- Strong understanding of email best practices, subject lines, CTAs, and email copywriting
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Knowledge and experience managing email authentication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
