Analyze email campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and ROI.
Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, performing regular data cleansing and list segmentation.
Stay updated with email marketing best practices and ensure compliance with relevant email regulations and data protection laws.
Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Support implementation and maintenance of email automation workflows, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and present findings to the team, identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and implement retention strategies to maximize customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Execute send-outs of newsletters, SMS, and other communication channels in alignment with brand and product-specific roadmaps.
Working with CMS and other landing page builder platforms to set up site campaigns on desktop and mobile across brands.
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output across all tasks.
Manage data segmentation/customization for targeted and personalized campaigns.
Maintain all data and update management systems for various campaigns.
Manage IP/domain reputation and handle unsubscribes/opt-outs effectively.
Qualifications/ Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree
3+ years of experience in email marketing or related digital marketing roles.
Profound understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Proficiency in analyzing email metrics and interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding presentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
Robust analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
Experience in content creation using Canva and other similar tools is desirable.
