Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Digital/Email Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving email marketing campaigns, optimizing digital content, and boosting engagement to help grow our client base, especially during peak seasons like the tax season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain email marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Analyze and improve campaign performance by testing subject lines, content, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align email content with sales goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Assist in other digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing as needed.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing via email automation tools like Reply.io or similar.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital/email marketing.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Reply.io, or similar.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons like tax season.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the cloud hosting or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and email design principles.
