Design, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Segment email lists based on client behavior and preferences to ensure targeted and
relevant content.
Manage the end-to-end process of email marketing, including planning, scheduling, testing,
deployment, and optimization.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their email marketing needs.
Provide recommendations and insights to clients based on campaign performance and
industry best practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor email campaigns accordingly.
Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through
rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Use A/B testing and other methodologies to continually optimize email performance.
Utilize HTML and CSS to create visually appealing and responsive email templates.
Ensure all email content is compliant with best practices and email regulations (e.g.,
CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Troubleshoot any issues related to email rendering or delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated experience in client interaction and relationship management.
Ability to analyze and report on email marketing metrics.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective email campaigns.
