About Us: We are a fast-growing company specializing in ERP talent acquisition and we're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team of creative professionals who are skilled in copywriting and graphic design but require support with the technical and strategic expertise to drive successful cold email marketing campaigns. This role will focus on B2B cold email outreach, lead generation, and conversion through targeted email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and warming up multiple email domains to optimize deliverability and avoid spam filters, alongside a proven record of success in B2B outreach, lead generation, and conversion through cold email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute B2B Email Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, creation, and execution of B2B cold email campaigns aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.
- Optimize Cold Email Outreach Strategy: Work closely with our existing team to refine cold email strategies, focusing on best practices, A/B testing, and personalization to increase open and response rates.
- Analyze Campaign Performance: Regularly analyze and report on campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Continuously optimize email campaigns based on performance data.
- Implement Best Practices for Email Marketing Tools and Technologies: Bring expertise in email marketing platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems, ensuring effective integration and seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Creative Team: Work with our copywriters and graphic designers to develop compelling email content and visuals that align with the brand voice and meet the specific goals of each campaign.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing and B2B outreach, ensuring that our strategies are always current and competitive.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience in Email Marketing: Demonstrated success with B2B email marketing, with a focus on campaign strategy, execution, and optimization. Experience with cold email campaigns is essential.
- Technical Expertise in Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in email marketing tools ( HubSpot, or similar) and automation platforms, with a strong understanding of tracking, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
- B2B Marketing Experience: Previous experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation and nurturing through email outreach, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
