Job Description:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across Middle East, India , South East and USA that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
• Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action.
• Design and implement email templates that are visually appealing and effective in engaging the target audience.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, past behavior, and other relevant criteria to ensure personalized and relevant messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to align email marketing strategies with broader marketing efforts.
• Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• 5 -7 yrs experience in email marketing across Middle East, India , South East and USA.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template creation is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
