We are seeking a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for creating compelling email content that resonates with the target audience. She / He will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email campaigns to engage our target audience and generate quality leads.
Email Campaign Management
Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Develop compelling content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to optimize email performance.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Monitor and analyze key metrics, adjusting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
List Management and Segmentation
Manage email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for personalized targeting.
Implement strategies to grow and maintain a high-quality email subscriber base.
Utilize segmentation techniques to tailor messages based on audience characteristics and behaviours.
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
Lead Generation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lead generation strategies aligned with business goals.
Implement tactics to capture, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
Utilize various channels and tools to identify and attract potential customers.
A/B Testing (SPLIT TESTING)and Optimization
Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize content, layout, and timing.
Continuously analyze results and apply insights to improve overall campaign performance.
Automation
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing.
Build and optimize automated workflows to deliver timely and relevant content to leads.
Analytics and Reporting
Provide regular reports on email campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and overall marketing KPIs.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements and future strategies.
- Expertise in Canva software
Proficiency in Canva, with a deep understanding of its tools and capabilities.
Would play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our audience
Create custom templates, infographics, and illustrations using Canva to support our educational content.
Ensure consistency in branding across all visual content.
Stay updated on design trends and techniques to produce proper professional content.
Manage and organize design assets.
Provide input on the visual style and design strategy .
Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B industry.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent written communication skills with an understanding of persuasive messaging.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in On-page optimization and Off-page optimization.
Good Knowledge of SEO
Good command over written and spoken English (will be preferred)
Expert in technical website auditing & web analytics
Competent in various advanced tools for SEO research & analysis
Ability to work independently for allotted projects
