We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of executing targeted ABM campaigns and drive engagement with key accounts.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute account-specific marketing programs to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue for our SaaS product, Akrivia HCM. The candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end ABM process, from audience segmentation, content creation, and campaign configurations, to personalized marketing for high-value accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across teams to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Own and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns from inception to execution and analysis, ensuring the campaigns are targeted and effective.
- Account Segmentation & Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to identify high-value accounts and build tailored strategies for engaging with decision-makers within these accounts.
- Content Development: Develop and manage account-specific content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, emails, and landing pages. Tailor the messaging to meet the specific needs of each account.
- Configuration & Tools Management: Be responsible for the configuration and use of ABM tools(Zoho Marketing Automation, or similar marketing automation platforms) to build, execute, and optimize ABM programs.
- Personalized Marketing: Develop highly personalized marketing tactics for key accounts, including custom landing pages, webinars, and direct mail to engage stakeholders at each stage of the buying cycle.
- Multi-channel Execution: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads, events) to reach target accounts.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure ABM programs are in alignment with sales goals. Provide marketing support and materials to sales enablement teams.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze ABM metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, report on results, and iterate on strategies to optimize performance.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration with a focus on target accounts.
- Budget & Resource Management: Take full ownership of the ABM budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM), preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- End-to-End Ownership: Proven ability to take full ownership of ABM campaigns from planning, execution, and content creation to analyzing outcomes and refining strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools like Zoho CRM. Experience with ABM tools is a plus.
- Content Creation: Strong skills in content marketing, with the ability to write and develop content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Strategic Thinking: Experience developing account segmentation strategies and tailoring messaging based on specific customer needs.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teamsto ensure alignment on ABM goals and objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills and experience using analytics to optimize campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different stages of the buyers journey.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
