Responsibilities
Oversees and executes email marketing strategies for the company.
Responsible for planning and implementing email campaigns, managing subscriber databases, creating engaging newsletters, and analyzing campaign performance.
Anticipate the customer needs and deliver personalized interactions across every channel and touchpoint; Performance.
Creates original content that will engage customers through email. Marketing strategies delivered to a mailboxpostcards, coupons, special offers, advertising circulars, catalogs, etc. Via SALESFORCE.
Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
Managing the email marketing strategy that includes planning campaign workflows, email creatives & dynamic content, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, delivery, and reporting of metrics Managing the Salesforce and Pardot database
Proactively maintaining the lead database which allows for more accurate segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns as per the target prospects firmographics data Handling all email marketing elements end-to-end including creative, content setup, creating smart dynamic lists, forms and landing page creation, landing page setup, segmentation, testing, and analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (6+ years) in email marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability.
Proficient in using email marketing platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
