Key Responsibilities:- Execute outbound email campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct targeted telemarketing activities to qualify leads and identify decision-makers within prospect organizations.
- Research and identify potential clients who would benefit from our products/services through online research and networking.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM software, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Follow up with leads generated through email and telemarketing to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Experience in email marketing, telemarketing, or lead generation role, preferably within the IT Industry.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing techniques and lead qualification processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone and via email.
