Email Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing manager to strategize, create, and optimize email campaigns that align with our overall marketing goals.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversions.

• Segment and manage email lists to ensure deliverability and maximum engagement.

Create compelling email content including copy, images, and calls-to-action.

• Design email templates and collaborate with design teams for creative assets.

Conduct A/B testing on different email campaigns to determine the most effective approach.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in email marketing with a strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design (preferred).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
