• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive Trainee to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in email marketing and contribute to the growth of our business.

• Key Responsibilities:

Creating, drafting, and sending regular email campaigns to businesses and clients for lead generation

• Assist business clients throughout the process for successful conversion and client satisfaction

Ensure effective communication with business clients

• Effectively manage contracts for parties including clients, business and content creators

Manage and ensure clients receive all deliverables on time as per binding contracts

• Discuss and negotiate pricing with content creators

Ensure timely payments from business clients and timely compensation for content creators

• Collaborate with other team members to develop targeted lead-generation strategies

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in email marketing or sales or a related field is preferred

• Must have excellent negotiation skills

Must have a laptop/computer and stable internet connection

• Compensation:

This is a commission-based job where you will get a commission on every sale you generate for the business.

Your monthly compensation will be determined solely by the total commission you earn within that month.

• Commission: You will receive a commission on every sale generated through your email campaigns.

• Average Range: 3k-15k on every sale generated

• Commission Assurance: Job contract
