Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Campaigns:
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Implement various tools and techniques to generate high-quality, industry-relevant lead data.
- Marketing Automation:
- Utilize marketing automation tools to create workflows, segment audiences, and manage lead nurturing.
- Content Development:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that attracts and engages B2B prospects.
- Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Use metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system.
- Ensure proper tracking of leads through the sales funnel using CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce Pardot, and HubSpot.
- Lead Qualification:
- Work with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria.
- Ensure leads meet the required standards.
- LinkedIn Outreach:
- Utilize LinkedIn for outreach and engagement with potential leads.
- Implement strategies to connect with and nurture leads through LinkedIn.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve campaign performance.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation for marketing decision-makers.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Sale Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Signal Hire, etc.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing and qualification processes.
