Job Description for Email/Klaviyo Marketing
Were looking for an enthusiastic email marketer to manage and execute our client email campaigns.
Youll work with our marketing managers and clients on client email campaigns. Youll be responsible for all facets of the campaigns from strategy to execution. This includes planning, copy, design, analytics, and optimization. Youll launch both broadcast campaigns and help optimize existing flows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Map out client content calendars and email strategy at the beginning of each month.
- Develop and manage execution of email campaigns.
- Write persuasive sales copy for all sales campaigns.
- Create visually appealing emails according to client brand standards.
- Develop and maintain segmentation strategies for behavioral based emails.
- Analyze email performance and data and make improvements.
- Report email performance data to internal team and clients.
- Configure, analyze, and maintain automated email flows.
- Perform A/B tests throughout workflows to be constantly improving campaign results.
- Stay up to date on best practices for eCommerce email marketers.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Build a comprehensive, results-oriented email and SMS strategy for B2C retailer, including segmentation, automation, testing, and personalization aligned with the companys overall branding, marketing, and e-commerce goals.
- End-to-end execution of campaigns including campaign setup, design, copy, production, coding, QA and scheduling for all email and SMS marketing communication to our customers to strengthen brand engagement, grow customer loyalty and LTV, create sustained purchase demand, and drive profitable e-commerce revenue
- Continuously test new ideas, run A/B tests on everything from subject lines to call to actions, and make intelligent decisions against the results.

- At least 1+ years of Klaviyo experience.
- At least 1+ years of eCommerce email marketing experience.
- Up to date knowledge of best email marketing practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- You hold a bachelors degree or higher in a creative or marketing field.
- Graphic design and copywriting experience is a plus.
- You have experience working with ecommerce businesses.
- Youve worked with and supported creative, small businesses.
